The search for a South African husband begins.
Anna Ronquillo (29) is a French-Moroccan immigrant who is caught working illegally in a trendy Cape Town restaurant. Given forty-eight hours to leave the country, she hits upon the solution of marrying a South African. But glamorous Anna, who has fled a nasty domestic situation in France, is a loner with few options. Then an idea hits her - she announces her plight on the radio and hundreds of prospective husbands turn up for Anna's rigorous interview process.

Based on a true story and featuring a strong selection of local talent, VISA/VIE is a hilarious and unique comedy.
