Rebels try a coup d'etat, Côte.d'ivoire rocks in chaos.
A village Man from the Ivory Coast where live primarily of Burkinabés is attacked. The emigrants are driven out of the country and jetés on the roads. It is the beginning of a long exile.
During the exodus, Biba is separated from his/her mother.
With the border Of the Ivory Coast, the soldiers practise a very particular evacuation.
Biba belongs to the victims, while his/her mother escapes from it.
The latter manages to reach the Burkinabé border where a refugee camp was gradually set up.
Disabled and without news of her daughter, the mother requests Zodo, cutter of road, to find Biba realising finance. This one manages to find the young woman who he falls in love with and brings her back it to the camp.
This time, it is the mother who disappeared.

Following the particular evacuation Biba is pregnant.
Mouna, a friend, advises to him to make believe in Zodo whom it carries his child. Biba is carried out.

Forced to reside in the refugee camp the time of her pregnancy, Biba discovers the reality of the places: Loneliness, the errance, the illness and death…
