Ruth McDougall is a Curator of Pacific Art at the Queensland Art Gallery l Gallery of Modern Art based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Ruth curated the 'Sugar' exhibition in 2013 at the Queensland Art Gallery, which displayed a collection of photographs, postcards, music and recorded stories to recognise the contributions of Australian South Sea Islanders to the sugar industry in Queensland.
Ruth is also co-creator of the APT8 (Asia Pacific Triennial 8) exhibition to open in November 2015.
