Vanuella is often referred to as the Edith Piaf of the Pacific or Diva of the Pacific, with the voice of an angel. She has an infectious personality and charming presence in her performance, which has seen her travel regularly to perform between Vanuatu and New Caledonia. However, she was originally born in France to an Italian mother, and her well known Melanesian sculpter father, Emmanuel Watt.
