Karen Cattoire is a french artist based in Port Vila, Vanuatu. Karen's main medium is fibre arts braiding and weaving fabrics with various objects including shell, metal and beads to create intricate and inspiring pieces of art. Some of her latest pieces include a collection of functional art that can be worn as jewelry, bags or used to hang on the wall.
She has been supported by Alliance Française and l'Ambasse de France in Port Vila for her recent demonstrations and exhibitions.
