Cuba, the magic island, the island of music, is also the largest moving museum of the world. More than sixty thousand American cars roam the streets of Havana and the small roads of the countryside every day. The distinguishing mark is that these cars were manufactured before 1959 when the revolution ended all imports from the United States, and only the attentive care of their owners enables to keep them still in good condition in defiance of the time passing by.
Directed by Steve and Stéphanie James
Script: Steve and Stéphanie James
Vidéo, Guadeloupe/Cuba / Trinidad, 2008. Spanish with French subtitles.
