Stanley Wai is a professional graphics designer and technician based in Port Vila, Vanuatu. Stanley manages several different groups, services and companies including IT SCOPE (Information Technology service), King Tone 4 Records (Music record label and production house), and the local reggae group, Manples Warriors.
