Small Band Association is a Port Vila based association formed by  diverse young people from different cultural and musical backgrounds.

The Association was formed by the young and passionate music lovers based out of Wan Smolbag Youth Centre in 2010, with a total number of six male-led bands and one female-led band.   Females also participate in the male-led bands.  These bands include: Koncerners, Young Life, Shanty Town, Masamp Crew and Lady Jesarnel.

The participating band members are made up of family members, school mates, and longstanding youth members from the WSB Youth Centre. Most of the bands have taken part in music festivals including Fest'Napuan, Fête De La Musique, Reggae Fire and other local and national events in Vanuatu.
